Breaking news: Cardi B felt ‘paralyzed’ after suffering fall that almost made her lose her baby..

Music sensation Cardi B has taken to Twitter Spaces to bravely open up on a fall that landed her a three-day hospital stay during her current pregnancy.

It’s been a rollercoaster of a month for Cardi B fans. First, it was revealed that the singer was going through a divorce from rapper Offset, who she had been married to for seven years. Then, not long after, the star announced that she and her soon-to-be ex-hubby are expecting their third child. Now, it looks like the star has had even more drama to add to the month in terms of her health.

Cardi B ‘couldn’t move’ after fall landed her in hospital

Opening up in a Spaces post on X, the music icon wrote: “I was going down the stairs, and I slipped a little. I was going to fall… I practically did fall. I tried to prevent myself from falling, so I was holding onto the railing, but I still slipped and I kind of bust my a**.”

When she was on the ground, she realized she could not get up, and called her dad to help her. That’s when she felt a “weird jerk” on her side, and even with her father’s help, the star could not move.

Cardi described how she thought taking a nap would help ease her pain, but terrifyingly for the star, she woke up feeling much worse.

The 31-year-old continued: “Just moving my feet hurt my lower stomach. I felt paralyzed.”

After speaking to her mother, and Offset, the celebrity called herself an ambulance, which is when she discovered that she tore a ligament in her pelvis, right where her baby’s head is.

She went on to recall how she was “dilated”, and had “contractions every two minutes for 24 hours”. It was so severe the doctors had to constantly “monitor” the star, who couldn’t move “for two days straight”.

Following a three-day hospital stay, the doctors sent Cardi home with instructions to be on bed rest so that she can recover.

In a previous X post, Cardi spoke about how the fall “almost cost her” her unborn baby, adding that she is grateful that “it didn’t”.

Speaking about the pain she is in, the singer revealed that it feels like she is “dying”, explaining that if the pain doesn’t get better she will “go back to the hospital”.
