“He better watch it — or we’ll take very serious action against him and his country.”

“He’s a THUG and a bad guy… he makes a lot of drugs — they’ve got cocaine factories down there. We just stopped ALL payments going to Colombia.”

America is officially back to a zero-tolerance foreign policy.
