Her next appearance could be as soon as November.
After months of undergoing cancer treatment, Kate Middleton still has her “good days and bad days.” But it appears as if the good ones are finally starting to outweigh the bad, which is reportedly prompting the Princess of Wales to plan ahead for the future.

According to a new report at The Sunday Times, Middleton could be making her return to royal duties sometime this fall. While there is “no set date,” nor “any engagements inked into her diary” at the moment, the princess could “potentially” join King Charles and the rest of the royal family at the Cenotaph for the National Service of Remembrance on Nov. 10.
The outlet reports that she will not be joining her husband, Prince William, for the Earthshot Prize Awards earlier in the month—however, planning is currently underway for her annual televised “Together at Christmas” carol service at Westminster Abbey in December.

Despite spending a “restful” summer at Amner Hall in Norfolk with her family, those close to the princess say there is “no expectation for her to rush back” to public life. “People know and understand it is a long journey to recovery,” a friend told The Times.

The news of Middleton’s potential comeback came just days after she hinted at return to work. On Friday, Kensington Palace released a personal message from the princess on its social media platforms, welcoming the explorer and broadcaster Dwayne Fields as the new U.K. chief scout. In her note, she excitedly exclaimed, “Looking forward to working with you! C.”
