32-letni Dmytro Bogaczow w swojej piłkarskiej karierze grał w barwach PFK Sumy, Wiktorii, Trostyaneca i Orląt Aleksandrów Kujawski. W sezonie 2011/12 trafił do reprezentacji Ukrainy U-20.

W trakcie kariery na poziomie seniorskim rozegrał 162 mecze, w których strzelił 26 goli i zanotował siedem asyst.
