Presidential Election – Kamala Harris hits back at Donald Trump’s “I hate Taylor Swift” comment with epic Swift-inspired takedown
In a bold and sassy response to Donald Trump’s unexpected “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!” rant, the Kamala Harris-Tim Walz campaign fired back Sunday morning with a statement packed full of clever references to Taylor Swift’s song lyrics.
The statement, aptly titled “Trump’s Bad Week (Taylor’s Version),” took aim at the former president’s recent struggles, weaving in 28 of Swift’s hits to slam Trump’s outburst and highlight his lack of focus on the issues facing the country.
We’re pretty sure it’s Safe (& Sound) to say Donald Trump’s week has him Down Bad,” the Harris-Walz campaign started, in reference to Trump’s unprovoked attack on the pop superstar posted to Truth Social.
The fiery statement then continued with Swift-inspired digs, saying, “Mr. Not-at-all Fine has spent this week working through his feelings, whining about his Champagne Problems, and spending exactly none of his time addressing the issues facing the American people.”
